This role aims to drive sales and market share by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with distributors and key retail partners. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading them to achieve sales targets, and ensuring a strong retail presence. The role requires a deep understanding of the local market, customer behavior, and competition to effectively formulate product marketing strategies and sales promotions. You will actively identify new market opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, provide input for accurate sales forecasts, and support marketing event execution.

Proven experience in retail channel and sales management, with a strong preference for experience in consumer electronics products.
Demonstrated success in managing distributors and key accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and formulate effective strategies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage partners and articulate brand value.
High proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
