• Register by filling in the RSVP form. Seats are limited, so we’d suggest you fill it in as soon as possible to secure your seat. Please be reminded that you are required to fill in this form  by yourself as it requires your personal information and privacy consent, including your full name, date of birth, emergency contact, dietary requirements. Your name and date of birth need to be the same as the one on your ID. All guests must ensure that their ID or passport has at least 6 months’ validity before its expiry date. 
• By submitting the form, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by Randstad, the Clipper Stad Amsterdam and the local authority. This includes all the personal information you filled in, which will be used for event planning purposes only. We might reach out to you for more information if the Clipper Stad Amsterdam and the local authorities request for that.
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent. • After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully registered for the event. There is also a QR code embedded in the email for you to check in to our event on the event date.
• You will also receive reminder emails from our team prior to the event.
• You may be required to fill in additional registration forms, or provide additional information if required by the local authorities or the Clipper Stad Amsterdam. We will reach out to you if so.

You must bring your ID card or passport that shows your full name, together with the confirmation email with QR code, so as to get onto the ship.

• Please read the important notes for the event day on this page before the event.
• Please contact your Randstad consultant two weeks in advance if you cannot attend it as planned.
• Please keep a look out for emails from us as we will send you the latest updates of the event, e.g. where to board the ship.

The Clipper will remain docked throughout the whole event to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Registered clients are not allowed to bring any guests who haven't pre-registered for the event.

Please inform your Randstad consultant no later than 2 days before the events, and the Randstad team will resend you an email with QR code 1 day before the event.
