- Initiate a range of talent sourcing activities like publishing vacancies, networking, and gathering referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process from start to finish by screening candidates, briefing them, organising interviews, and negotiating remuneration packages.
- Act as a true recruitment partner by providing advice to both candidates and clients on salary benchmarks, potential career progression and job market insights.
