When I joined Randstad four years ago, we were quite new in Hong Kong SAR compared to some of our competitors. It was very challenging to build the banking desk from scratch, but I appreciated the supportive environment and the leadership of my manager. Since my first year, I've been able to progress from a senior consultant to a team leader and most recently I'm managing a team of four consultants focused on retail banking, private banking and insurance. 

Randstad takes career development and rewards seriously. The most memorable program I've had the benefit of participating on is the High Flyers trip to Tokyo - a rewards program designed for the top billers and a unique experience that turned me into a true "Randstadian." Not many companies can send their employees on business trips to other countries in order to better learn from one another. I am grateful that I work for one that recognises high performance and rewards it with unique opportunities.
