My client is a stable real estate fund company with extensive knowledge and a strong reputation. They are now looking for a Vice President to join their successful business.

Report to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the fund accounting functions.

• Managing the month end process and investor reports.

• Handling portfolio valuation.

• Handling tax compliance and planning.
• Managing the cash flow and liquidity management.

• Supervising annual budgeting process for effective financial management.
• Implementing control policies and conducting review.

• Assisting in pre-investment and post-investment monitoring.

• Assisting in some ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

• Over 11 years relevant experience gained from asset management/ Private equity firms.

• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Fast pace and willing to learn.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese.

• Candidates with less experience will consider as the manager grade.
