we are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead large-scale infrastructure investments in overseas markets. This strategic role focuses on executing reputable fund investments and co-investments globally, while maintaining an opportunistic approach to direct investments within Mainland China (PRC) and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end investment lifecycle—from sourcing global GP relationships to presenting final proposals to the Investment Management Committee.
skills & experiences required.
experience: minimum of 10 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Infrastructure Investment.
international exposure: at least 3 years of international exposure is mandatory, ideally within reputable investment banks, accounting firms, or global infrastructure companies.
track record: proven deal execution experience across diverse geographies and complex capital structures.
academic pedigree: degree holder from a top-tier/reputable university.
professional designations: CFA, CPA, or relevant advanced finance qualifications are highly desirable.
sector expertise: deep industry knowledge in Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation, and/or TMT sectors is strongly preferred.
analytical mindset: top-level analytical abilities with a strategic, problem-solving approach to complex transactions.
communication: exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior-level interactions both internally and externally.
language proficiency: perfect command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Native/Fluent Putonghua is preferred).
