Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Vice President in Corporate Finance. This role is central to our deal execution capabilities and requires a senior individual contributor to independently manage complex transactions from inception to closing. You will be responsible for driving key workstreams for IPOs, M&A, and other financings. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong track record of execution who excels at working autonomously under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
... Transaction Execution: Drive the execution of a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, pre-IPO investments, financial advisory, and various fundraising exercises.
Deal Management & Due Diligence: Take ownership of critical transaction processes, including conducting internal approval procedures, leading due diligence efforts, performing in-depth financial analysis, and preparing regulatory submissions.
Independent Project Ownership: Independently manage and resolve transaction-related issues, oversee the preparation and review of all documentation, and report progress to senior team members.
Stakeholder & Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact, liaising directly with clients, external professional parties (legal, accounting), and communicating with regulators to ensure smooth deal progression.
Financial Analysis & Modeling: Engage in and oversee the development of complex financial models and prepare high-impact valuation presentations and materials for clients.
Business Development Support: Actively participate in client pitches, conduct detailed market research, and contribute to strategic idea generation for the team.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members (Analysts and Associates) on deal teams, providing oversight and fostering their professional development.

Education: A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of direct corporate finance experience.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing ECM, M&A, and/or Debt transactions, with a robust understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Core Competencies: Possesses excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
Attributes: A stable, reliable, and proactive team player with a high degree of professional accountability.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
