a prestigious, wholly-owned Asian investment banking flagship of a major sovereign policy bank—is urgently seeking a high-caliber Responsible Officer (Type 4 & 9) to spearhead their asset management, advisory, and investment platform in Central.

This is a high-visibility, senior-level mandate with direct strategic influence over regional corporate and investment banking (CIB) expansions.

• Act as a licensed Responsible Officer (RO) under SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) to oversee daily regulated activities.
• Supervise and manage fund management, investment advisory, and asset allocation operations in full compliance with SFC codes and internal risk protocols.
• Partner with C-suite executives and regional business heads to structure new investment vehicles, manage portfolio mandates, and optimize platform governance.
• Maintain direct, proactive communication with the SFC, internal legal/compliance teams, and external auditors.

• Licensing: Currently holding, or previously held within the last 3 years, SFC Type 4 & 9 Responsible Officer (RO) status (unconditional preferred, or conditional with immediate sign-off eligibility).
• Native/fluency in English.
