about the job.The Trust and Corporate Services Consultant is a pivotal business development role focused on expanding our presence in Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region. As a client-facing professional, you will be responsible for the initial introductions and cultivation of new business ventures. You will bridge the gap between complex fiduciary needs and our suite of services, ensuring family, corporate, and HNWI clients receive tailored trust administration and corporate solutions.

Business Development: Act as a primary driver for new Corporate Services and Trust business within Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
Relationship Management: Create and manage referral networks through banks and professional firms (lawyers/accountants) to introduce new trust administration work.
Client Engagement: Lead initial client introductions and manage relationships within the existing portfolio.
Market Outreach: Deliver high-impact trust seminars in PRC China locations, requiring regular travel to China and the surrounding region.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to refer related work and cross-sell services to the Tax, Trust, and Accounting teams.
Advisory: Provide strategic advice to senior managers and directors on market developments and client needs.
Service Coordination: Assist clients with a broad range of services, including:
Forming or acquiring Hong Kong and offshore companies.
Designing tax-efficient holding structures.
Facilitating bank account openings and corporate secretarial services.
Establishing joint ventures and cross-border investments in China.
