JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assist in the administration of trust and corporate entities, including maintaining statutory records, preparing resolutions, and handling client correspondence.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filings, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
*Support senior administrators and managers with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1 - 2 years of Trust experience
* fluency in English
* Display good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Bachelor's degree or higher
