- Oversee the end to end filing and prosecution of trademark applications in Hong Kong and international jurisdictions
- Manage comprehensive IPR portfolios, including the coordination of global renewals, domain name dispute resolutions and copyright registrations
- Maintain a high precision tracking system for all IP deadlines, ensuring communication with foreign counsel and timely responses to legal correspondence
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IP Paralegal
- Ideally strong Trademark experience within an International Law Firm is preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is required
