• Analyze Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents and customer specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.
• Serve as the key point of contact for account owners and customers throughout the RFQ lifecycle, from initial clarification to final negotiations.
• Oversee the entire global ocean freight tender management process, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP stages, through to submission and post-award analysis.
• Coordinate with the global procurement team, account managers, and other internal stakeholders to compile comprehensive and compelling RFQ responses.
• Maintain proactive communication with account owners to provide updates on submission status and outcomes.
• Keep precise and organized records of all RFQ activities, tracking submission volumes, status, results, and key deadlines.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive an increase in the tender winning ratio, aligning with corporate objectives.

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within a global liner or international freight forwarding company.
• Proven experience in tender management is essential.
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the position of Tender Manager.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
