• Act as the Project Manager for cyber initiatives across multiple operating companies, supporting delivery from initial planning through implementation and handover.
• Meticulously track milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies), escalating critical points to ensure delivery remains on schedule.
• Support programme governance activities, ensuring all project artefacts and documentation are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Lead project meetings and workshops, preparing agendas and minutes while maintaining clear communication across diverse business units and vendors.
• Support delivery logistics and resource coordination to facilitate the smooth execution of cyber workstreams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within cyber security, MSSP, IT, or technology programmes.
• Deep understanding of project governance, including the ability to maintain complex RAID logs, project schedules, and status reports.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is highly preferred.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem and expert-level proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid exposure to Infrastructure technology and Service Life Cycle Management.
• Familiarity with cyber initiatives such as SOC operations, security tooling, or compliance is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential.
