... Lead the retail loans processing team, overseeing loan drawdown, settlement, and credit limit maintenance.
Manage complex PAPT arrangements and collateral maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the OIC to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Manage post-loan monitoring activities and handle escalated customer complaints with professional diplomacy.
Drive process improvement by streamlining workflows and participating in system enhancement projects to increase operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop team members to maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in loan administration, specifically within retail loans processing.
At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations (HKMA) and industry best practices for loans processing.
Strong people management skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and standard banking bookkeeping systems.
