As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be directly reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, facilitating a continuous pipeline of top-tier talent to business departments, directly supporting the company's rapid growth and strategic goals.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
- Collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to understand business strategy and develop/implement annual and quarterly recruitment plans.
- Analyze market data and recruitment trends to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage the recruitment budget and be responsible for the ROI of recruitment channels and tools.
- Lead recruiting for critical and senior positions, including job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and background checks.
- Continuously optimize and standardize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Establish and improve the talent assessment system to ensure recruitment quality and improve person-job fit.
- Develop and maintain diverse sourcing channels (including websites, headhunters, social media, referrals, campus recruiting, etc.).
- Build and operate the company's talent pool for long-term relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on employer branding campaigns to enhance company visibility and attraction.
- Monitor and elevate the overall candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of HR recruitment experience.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., startup companies).
- Proficient in various recruitment channels and interview assessment methodologies.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and influence skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and candidates.
- Strong data analysis skills to drive decision-making.
- Deep recruitment background and network accumulated in the primary investment or venture capital industry
- Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
