about the job.
- Advise, design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models to support core FP&A functions, including management reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Design and deliver clear, insightful management reports and dashboards, translating complex model outputs into actionable business intelligence.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data integrity, and enhance connected workflows across ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Business Units to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with evolving business needs.
- Deliver ongoing support and training to Anaplan users while maintaining comprehensive system documentation and guidelines.
skills & experiences required.
- 3-4 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in Anaplan model building and administration; professional certification (e.g., Certified Model Builder) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in finance transformation projects or large-scale system rollouts is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences in English and Cantonese.
