• Analyse business and user requirements to develop robust functional and technical system specifications.
• Design, enhance, and maintain the organisation's core mobile applications and online platforms for peak performance.
• Lead system enhancement initiatives, including major website revamps and the rollout of new digital services.
• Act as the primary technical contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery alignment.
• Participate in the complete development life cycle, from initial requirement gathering to testing and implementation.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and high user satisfaction.
• Support the Project Manager with detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and technical specification preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in system development, programming, or system analysis.
• Hands-on experience building modern web or mobile applications using Node.js, Flutter, AngularJS, ReactJS, or C#.
• Solid background in requirement gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Proven experience managing vendors, development teams, and internal stakeholders in a project-driven environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
