Oversee vendor activities related to the design and execution of technology solutions.
Develop working models to demonstrate business concepts and contribute to the launch of new projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external suppliers throughout the system lifecycle, including design, build, issue resolution, testing, user training, and documentation.
Perform in-depth reviews and appraisals of emerging solutions and products.
Undertake a range of tasks in system analysis, software creation, and user support for the organization's applications and IT infrastructure.
Be available for occasional after-hours system support when necessary.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in software development, with substantial experience in successfully delivering software projects.
Practical experience in projects utilizing:

Next.js and React for front-end development
Python, Java, or .Net
Linux and Docker
PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQL Server database, MongoDB

With a good understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
Proficiency with common development tools and environments like VSCode, Jupyter Notebook, Docker, and Ubuntu Linux.
A thorough comprehension of the complete software development lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment.
Strong abilities in managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability, a proactive learning attitude, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
The capability to independently gather user requirements, formulate system designs, write code, conduct testing, and manage system implementation.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, encompassing written and spoken proficiency.
Candidates with exceptional qualifications and experience may be evaluated for the Senior Systems Analyst role.
