As the Sustainability Program Specialist, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role in advancing our corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives across the APAC region. You will report directly to the APAC Sustainability Manager. In this operational role, you will be responsible for translating global ideas into impactful, locally relevant programs with a strong customer-facing component.
You will collaborate closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive meaningful change. You will be dedicated to this cross-departmental collaboration. Your ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and navigate a dynamic, purpose-driven environment will be essential to your success.
Lead Customer-Facing Circularity Programs: Drive the end-to-end development, execution, and performance tracking of key circularity initiatives in APAC, such as our customer-facing Repair and Resale programs.
Support Emerging Initiatives: Contribute to the regional rollout of additional sustainability programs, including Repurpose and Recycle initiatives, ensuring they align with our global goals.
Program Design & Execution: Own the entire lifecycle of program creation and evolution. This includes facilitating cross-functional alignment, leading change management, crafting internal and external communications for storytelling, and overseeing implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and participate in working groups with teams such as marketing, retail operations, and communications to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project execution. Provide clear recommendations and options to move initiatives forward.
Data, Insights & Reporting: Establish robust data collection systems for sustainability programs. Conduct research, perform benchmarking, analyze results, and share actionable insights via presentations and reports to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
A genuine passion for sustainability and a drive to inspire positive change across an organization.
1-3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related field within a large, B2C, or matrixed corporate environment.
Proven experience managing projects or programs from concept through to execution, particularly those with a customer-facing element.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving impactful results.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections, cultivate trust across teams, and create space for honest dialogue.
Experience with data analysis, benchmarking, and presenting insights to inform decision-making.
