You will join a technical, fast-paced sourcing team that values proactive problem-solving. The team operates in a collaborative environment where market intelligence and strong vendor relationships are key to success. You will work closely with global suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless production.

• Source and procure electronic components, focusing on cost optimization, quality, and lead-time management.
• Manage a global portfolio of suppliers and distributors to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and commercial agreements with vendors.
• Monitor electronics market trends and component lifecycles to mitigate risks of shortages or obsolescence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all sourced components meet strict technical specifications.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, from purchase order (PO) issuance to final delivery tracking.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly to maintain high standards of service and reliability.

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of working experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Direct experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and global distribution networks.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
