- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP processes to align Sales forecasts with Production capacity.
- Optimize inventory turnover ratios and minimize "out-of-stock" occurrences across E-commerce and retail channels.
- Oversee 3PL warehouse providers to ensure efficient receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce operational waste.
- Manage the "Last Mile" logistics strategy to improve delivery speed and reduce shipping costs for end consumers.
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity during peak seasons.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in an FMCG environment or Retail.
- Advanced proficiency in demand forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong experience in managing 3PL partnerships and multi-channel (B2B & D2C) distribution networks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable supply chain strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehouse transitions or system implementations.
