This role is pivotal in balancing operational leadership with strategic supply and demand planning to ensure seamless product flow from overseas manufacturers to local markets.

- Lead and manage the local warehouse and production team.
- Develop and execute strategic demand and supply planning to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, reduce out-of-stock situations, and minimize write-offs.
- Establish and enforce operational standards (SOPs), KPIs, and processes to ensure high efficiency, safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance (food-grade).
- Partner closely with manufacturing sites across APAC and US and local Sales & Marketing teams to coordinate the final packaging, labeling, and launch of new products.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process for distribution to the GBA.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to cost, lead time, and warehouse utilization.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- A strong background in supply and demand planning is highly essential.
- Hands-on experience managing both co-packing operations (food-grade or pharmaceutical preferred) and warehouse functions.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO) and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
