about the job.As a Supply Chain and Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the entire end-to-end logistics operations.
- Coordinating with factories in different locations regarding order requirements, production scheduling, shipment, invoicing, and spare parts.
- Working with freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange shipments.
- Handling orders and all import and export documents, including L/C, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing regular updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Providing technical support to customers on products and accessories.
- Collaborating with the engineers and quality team to address quality issues as needed.
- Managing and processing product claims.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, pricing, sales, and claims.
- Maintaining accurate material master data and providing regular updates.
- Providing sales support to the sales team as required.
