Manage the full procurement process including sourcing, quotation, vendor selection, cost negotiation, and vendor management.
Monitor supplier performance and establish strong relationships to meet KPIs including cost reduction, lead time reduction, and quality control.
Stay updated on market trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Responsible for procurement administration, customer order processing, material planning, and inventory control.
Oversee project management tasks related to raw materials, mechanical, and electromechanical parts.
Provide leadership, coaching, and team development to the procurement department.
Perform frequent travel to Shenzhen to coordinate with factory operations and regional vendors.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in full procurement operations and material control.
Proven background in consumer products manufacturing, preferably within electrical appliances.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software with strong data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
