This role is centered on driving significant brand and product growth through the strategic and integrated marketing of an inspiring network of ambassadors, partners, and athletes. You will be instrumental in developing a sports marketing approach that aligns with broader business objectives and fuels growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sports Marketing Manager in the implementation of brand campaign strategy across APAC, collaborating closely with local teams.
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the Ambassador program, including dashboards, cross-functional requests, and ensuring resources are up-to-date.
- Working with various teams to monitor key metrics, evaluate the performance of the Ambassador program, and deliver insightful reports.
- Executing Regional Ambassador and talent marketing plans, working cross-functionally to bring them to life.
- Developing sharp sports marketing plans that integrate ambassadors, athletes, and partnerships within a given storytelling framework.
- Maintaining and building successful relationships with new and existing partners and ambassadors, from onboarding to continuous engagement.
- Acting as a key contact for new partnership or sports marketing inquiries.
- Delivering impactful presentations to inspire and educate stakeholders.
- Coordinating ambassador market visits, offsites, and product seeding.
- Staying current with the latest trends in fitness, sports marketing, and subcultures to identify opportunities for program growth.
skills & experiences required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related business field is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sports or athlete marketing, brand marketing, or partnership management.
- Proven experience working in APAC markets is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A strong command of Korean is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- The capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proven ability to form strategic partnerships and build strong interpersonal relationships with a respect for cultural diversity.
- A collaborative and respectful team player who can support broader organizational goals.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of performance metrics.
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
