About the Company
Our client is a leading renowned player in the aviation industry. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a FM System leader to join their well-established team.
About the Role
- System Development: Create an asset management system for different asset types, including maintenance stands, ground support equipment, calibrated tools, and essential facilities.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure the system meets ISO 55001 standards for asset management.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle management of diverse asset categories.
- System Ownership: After implementation, manage the system to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and optimization.
- Alignment with Needs: Ensure the asset management system aligns with the organization's requirements and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in engineering or equivalent
- Around 5 years’ relevant experience in managing facilities via Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or other Enterprise Asset Management System
- Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
