Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in sourcing, with a preference for experience in woven goods.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and build a strong network.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
