- Map, define, and govern the end-to-end solution architecture for comprehensive Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystems (spanning ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM).
- Design seamless data flows and integration strategies connecting cloud modules with legacy on-premises applications and third-party systems.
- Conduct detailed fit-gap assessments and provide strategic architectural recommendations that align with modern industry best practices.
- Drive technical cutover strategies and deployment roadmaps in close coordination with business readiness teams.
- Evaluate quarterly and annual Oracle platform updates to proactively identify optimisation opportunities for the business.
- Provide technical steering to implementation teams, review technical deliverables, and mentor QA teams on advanced testing and automation methodologies.
- Author architectural documentation, establish delivery timelines, estimate resource costs, and enforce strict security/role-based compliance protocols.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformations.
- Deep technical expertise across Oracle suites, specifically ERP and SCM modules.
- Strong experience in integration design between cloud and legacy on-premises applications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Cantonese proficiency to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional delivery and QA teams.
