This is a team leadership position reporting to the Team Lead. You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

- Formulate marketing objectives and strategies for various channels, both online and offline.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to enhance performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on brand and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis with agencies to uncover current market trends and opportunities.
- Develop proactive strategies and initiatives based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in leading brand and trade marketing projects.
- Experience in end-to-end NPD process, including packaging design and large-scale rollouts.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen sensitivity to data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Brand Manager title.
