Our client is a leading global provider of professional services in the property and real estate sector with a strong focus on asset and facility management. This company offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and professional growth are prioritized. To cope with business needs, they are now looking for a senior technical services talent to join the team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the comprehensive, efficient, and safe daily operation of facilities. This role involves leading and supervising all on-site teams (including maintenance, cleaning, and security) and managing external vendor contracts. Key duties include handling customer inquiries, complaints, and emergency cases, conducting regular site checks, and ensuring full compliance with safety standards and internal policies. This is also critical in managing base building infrastructure, preventive/statutory maintenance, and effectively tracking operational and client budgets. Finally, they drive continuous improvement, support office projects (like relocations), etc

About the Requirement

• Degree or above in Engineering or equivalent
• Over 10+ years of experiences in facilities management, experience working in financial institution or critical facilities will be a huge plus
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
