- Establish and execute structured project governance, milestone tracking, and RAID management aligned with enterprise consulting best practices.
- Manage identity governance (IAM), cloud security posture management (CSPM), and compliance alignment cross-platform (AWS, Azure, and Tencent Cloud).
- Oversee project financials, including margin health, resource allocation, burn rates, and change requests to ensure commercial success.
- Lead cross-functional delivery squads through complex multi-cloud migrations, platform hardening, and secure Generative AI implementations.
- Resolve day-to-day technical bottlenecks spanning cloud networking, threat management, data privacy, and AI pipeline dependencies.
- Collaborate with presales and account teams during pre-engagement phases to provide practical delivery insights, risk assessments, and timeline estimates.
- Serve as the central point of contact and accountability for enterprise client executives, practice leaders, and external vendors.
- Deliver transparent status reports, risk dashboards, and decision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management within a global consulting, professional services, or managed services vendor environment.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs with a strong emphasis on Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Identity Management, or Data Protection.
- Strong hands-on experience managing public cloud ecosystems, specifically AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Tencent Cloud.
- Demonstrated familiarity with data-driven platforms, advanced analytics, or Generative AI integrations within enterprise architectures.
- Mastery of enterprise PM tools, including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to explain technical security concepts to business leaders.
- Professional fluency in English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is advantageous for regional client engagements.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, or Azure Security Engineer are highly desirable.
