You will be working closely with business analysts, risk SMEs, and technical architects, the team operates in a fast-paced, proactive environment. Take ownership of end-to-end system migration activities across Operational Risk Management platforms and data frameworks.
Utilise Power Apps to build, enhance, and optimize business workflows and custom operational risk solutions.
Design and deploy interactive risk dashboards, analytics reports, and data models using Power BI.
Perform complex data mapping, reconciliation, and analysis using advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Partner with cross-functional technical teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders to translate risk requirements into functional designs.
Collaborate on user interface wireframing (Figma) and agile project delivery tracking through Azure DevOps.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Engineer, with a strong background in Operational Risk Management.
Proven track record of participating in or leading successful system migration projects.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI (PBI), and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, or SQL) to support custom application logic during migrations.
Prior experience with Azure DevOps and UI/UX design tools such as Figma is a distinct advantage.
Smart, proactive, self-motivated, and possesses strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
