- Design, develop, test, and deploy in-house applications, especially for e-commerce, in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the rest of the teammates throughout all stages of the development process.
- Suggest, update, and alter features to enhance performance based on new business needs and industry best practices.
- Maintain clear and complete technical documentation.
- Conduct knowledge sharing with the team and business.
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in development with solid experience in PHP with the Laravel framework.
- Previous experience in developing software solutions for core business operations (such as ERP systems or other systems supporting Sales, HR, Accounting & Finance) would be advantageous but not a must.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new ideas.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, and able to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese.
- Open-minded and willing to pick up new technologies.
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript, RESTful API, and MySQL is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Software Engineer.
