Randstad is currently working with a well-established MNC that is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C# & .NET Core. This role is pivotal to their digital transformation and process re-engineering projects, focusing on high-quality in-house platform development.

- Design, develop, and maintain application services and APIs within a C# and ASP.NET Core environment.
- Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to provide workable solutions that balance strategic goals with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Write optimized queries and design data schemas while ensuring business logic is clean, testable, and maintainable.
- Participate in the project management lifecycle to ensure development outcomes meet established standards and stakeholder expectations.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a software engineering role, specializing in application design and development within a C#/.NET Core environment.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, MS SQL, Jira, and GitHub etc.; prior experience in Azure and Redis would be advantageous.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a good understanding of building CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with non-technical leaders to share technical solutions and align expectations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must; candidates must currently be based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
