We are partnering with a Leading Multinational Technology Corporation specializing in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to join their Building Solutions team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical consultation for advanced building management systems in new construction projects.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for the installation of integrated building technology in new construction projects.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and system designs, ensuring all solutions meet client needs and project requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare and process all sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, contracts, pricing), and assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts and reports.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for property developers, consultants, and contractors, providing expertise on system capabilities and diverse applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 year of proven experience in an E&M related field (e.g., design, installation, maintenance, or technical support).
• Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC control systems and related BMS technology. Familiarity with major Fire and Security platforms is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential for technical consultation and contract negotiation.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager grade
