- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Lead China and HongKong office
About the Company
Our client, a prominent main contractor in Hong Kong and the APAC region, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a large-scale project.
About the Role
- Manages project costs: conducts studies, planning, control, and analysis; monitors cash flow.
- Handles contractual matters: drafts correspondence/agreements, addresses issues and claims.
- Supports risk management by collating relevant information.
- Coordinates interim payments and final account settlements.
- Collaborates with the project team on variations, progress cost claims, EOT claims, and cost control.
- Reports to and reviews with the Head of Department.
About the Requirement
- Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of quantity surveying experience (in Building or Civil projects).
- Strong understanding of measurement principles, contract management, and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Effective communication skills with a proactive and positive work ethic.
