We are partnering with well-known developer in Hong Kong; They are seeking for Senior Project Manager with a strong technical foundation to lead high-profile, new-build development projects. This role is designed for a leader who balances technical rigor with strategic project oversight, ensuring complex structures are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee the full life-cycle of major new-build developments, from site preparation and structural framing to final handover.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for structural integrity, reviewing blueprints and ensuring design intent is translated accurately in the field.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, architects, local authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets, including procurement strategies, cost forecasting, and rigorous value engineering; Enforce safety cultures and ensure all structural works comply with international building codes and quality standards.skills & experiences required.
