As a Senior Product & Sourcing Executive, you'll be instrumental in bringing new designs to fruition. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with Design and Brand teams to develop innovative watch products.
Managing the entire product development process, from initial design concepts through to sample execution.
Identifying and vetting suitable vendors for both development and production of finalised designs.
Communicating effectively with vendors regarding technical specifications and aesthetic requirements to ensure development expectations are met.
Leading cost negotiations and costing analysis during the preliminary costing phase.
Overseeing sample delivery and quality assurance to ensure adherence to required standards.
Executing order placements with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products.

+5 years of experience in product development and sourcing, specifically within the watch or jewellery industry.
Proven expertise in Sourcing and able to make a good judgement in supplier selection.
Priority to candidate with excellent watch manufacturing knowledge and quality standards.
