The role overview:

The Product team acts as a specialist and gatekeeper to ensure all insurance products align with the Group’s goals. They provide global offices with wealth and liquidity solutions specifically designed for high-net-worth clients. By analyzing market trends and collaborating with departments like Sales and Compliance, the team develops the materials and strategies necessary to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update carrier materials, product files, and commission data within internal systems.
• Execute new product approvals and maintain consultant training records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Regularly update promotional materials and sales tools.
• Serve as the primary liaison with carriers to secure timely product updates and manage portal access.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular product training sessions between carriers and internal teams.
• Provide market intelligence and tailored insurance product analysis to assist consultants with high-net-worth client propositions.
• Strategic Research: Conduct regional market research and data reporting to support the Group Head of Commercial in implementing strategic initiatives.

Key requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1 year of experience in life insurance industry
• Familiar with life insurance products
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
