What You’ll Do Reporting directly to Head of Marketing, you will own the brand strategy and execution for the Dermatology and Nephrology portfolio. You will bridge clinical science with commercial strategy to maximize patient access and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Ownership: Develop and execute annual Brand Plans (BP/BAP), defining clear patient segmentation, indication strategies, and value propositions.
Market Insights & Launch Readiness: Build a robust insights framework (patient flow, referral pathways, and private vs. public sector dynamics). Lead lifecycle management including launch readiness for new indications and future pipeline products.
KEE & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs). Translate clinical data and unmet needs into compelling product claims and medical education messages.
Market Access & Pricing: Collaborate cross-functionally to shape market access strategies, managing evidence-based reimbursement pricing and hospital listing dossiers.
Operational Excellence: Lead marketing programs and events with clear KPIs and budget management, ensuring strict adherence to compliance (SOPs) and local regulations.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (highly preferred) or Marketing.
Experience: 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. (Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Product Manager title).
Industry Knowledge: Experience in MNC pharma environments is preferred, but you must possess the "challenger mindset" to thrive in a leaner, faster organization.
Skills: Strong analytical ability to translate clinical data into marketing strategy.
Language: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus.
