Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans for assigned pharmaceutical products, aligned with overall brand and company objectives.
Lead the entire product lifecycle management process, from pre-launch activities and successful new product introductions to in-market growth strategies and lifecycle optimization.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the Hong Kong pharmaceutical landscape.
Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
Develop and manage promotional materials and educational programs for healthcare professionals and patients.
Effectively manage the brand budget and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Stay abreast of the evolving healthcare environment, including regulatory changes and opportunities within the Greater Bay Area.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of product management or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their application in the pharmaceutical industry.
