My client is a leading Insurance Company in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Senior Officer with product development experience to join their team.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation
• Assist in designing and developing new insurance products
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product feasibility and market fit
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making
• Conduct UAT and communicate with operations team to support product launches and updates
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

• Bachelor Degree in Actuarial, Business Administration, Insurance or Finance related discipline
• With at least 3 year's relevant experience in product development on insurance products and services
• Strong communication skills, detail mined and strong knowledge of insurance products and processes
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
