My client is a leading life insurance company and they are looking for a Senior Officer, Policy Service to join the operations team to manage the full life cycle of investment-linked insurance products.

• Handle new applications, policy changes, fund switching, and claims for ILAS products
• Perform intermediary licensing and AML checks to ensure all business meets regulatory standards
• Assist in system UAT for new product launches, portal upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
• Work closely with the Distribution team to resolve broker inquiries and maintain high service levels SLA
• Assist to update operational manuals and prepare regular reports for management

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines
• With at least 3 years of experience in life insurance operations especially new business or policy serving
• Strong understanding in ILAS products or fund related transactions
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Detail oriented, ability to work independent and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
