Our client is a leading global neuroscience company with a strong product portfolio and stable business. With its team expansion, they would like to invite a high calibre individual to join their professional teams as a senior medical affairs.
About the Role:
- Perform field visits in accompanying Marketing / Sales teams to handle and resolve Health Care Professionals’ (HCPs’)
- Conduct presentations of unique product features to HCPs
- Handle all product queries from local authorities, HCPs, public, etc.
- Participate in new product pre-launch and launching activities
- Pipeline new products update and training
- Refresher sessions on strategic products
- Annual training plus refresher course of relevant company SOPs
- Ensure that all interactions with HCPs and third-party vendors are carried out with high standard
- Review all promotional materials, non-promotional materials, educational materials, HCPs’ presentation slides, etc.
Requirement:
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Sciences or other health-care related fields required; candidates with bachelor’s degree but more relevant experience will also be considered
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field, with 5+ years of experience in medical affairs
- Highly independent and responsible
- Positive attitude, agility to drive change and growth mindset
- Strong project management skills and time management
- Attention to details, good problem-solving skills, and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure
- Cantonese speaking, excellent written and verbal English, Chinese is highly preferred but not a must
