- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the the company's brand voice and core message
- Lead performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic growth efforts with full ownership of acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Own and optimise marketing channels and growth budgets, setting clear KPIs to drive scalable and efficient user growth.
- Launch high-impact campaigns and growth experiments that balance multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Strengthen collaboration with internal teams to deliver integrated, world-class marketing activities.
- Drive innovation within the team by adopting new technologies and structured, disciplined approaches to growth hacking.
- Partner closely with Product and Data teams to optimise user journeys and conversion flows that compound over time.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies across the Web3, AI, and FinTech sectors.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Growth, Performance, or Marketing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven startup experience with a demonstrated ability to build structured frameworks in unstructured, fast-moving environments.
- Strong track record leading multi-functional teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably within Crypto, FinTech, or Web3.
- Expertise in managing significant growth budgets and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven experimentation.
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks (e.g., ICE/PXL), and attribution modelling.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable (or similar CRM/BI platforms).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective regional and global stakeholder management.
- High sense of agency and resilience, with a proactive approach to solving challenges and a drive to help others grow.
