We are seeking a high-calibre Technology Transformation leader with a background in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), AWS/Azure, and SFC/HKMA regulated environments to spearhead this mission-critical infrastructure modernisation.

about the job.

• Orchestrate the transition from legacy monolithic architectures to Cloud-Native, Event-Driven environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Lead infrastructure modernisation to accommodate a high-frequency trading and transactions platform.

• Overhaul network infrastructure to support ultra-low latency connectivity for real-time global pool commingling and 5G-enabled experiences.

• Manage large-scale budgets and geographically dispersed teams using Agile and DevSecOps frameworks.

• Drive the migration of mission-critical core engines, ensuring "scalability at speed" during global sporting events.

• Ensure all technical delivery aligns with commercial growth and long-term strategic objectives.

skills & experience required.

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in FinTech, High-Frequency Trading (HFT), or Digital Banking transformation.

• Proven track record of managing mission-critical programs within high-stakes compliance environments (e.g., HKMA, SFC, or similar)..

• Deep expertise in Hybrid Cloud architecture and migrating legacy systems to the cloud.

• Possess a "fixer" mentality with a history of turning around "Red" status programs.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are highly valued.

• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Cantonese is an advantage for regional stakeholder management.
