Drive freight optimization strategies to enhance time, cost, and operational efficiency.
Liaise with and benchmark international forwarders on freight quotations and vendor performance.
Manage the full order fulfilment cycle, including preparing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
Organise inbound and outbound shipments, including complex documentation and customs clearance.
Facilitate Hong Kong warehouse workflows, including space planning, inventory management, and pick-pack-ship processes.
Improve current logistics workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure strict compliance with international standards, including RoHS, REACH, and CMRT.
Manage data entry, invoice matching, and ERP system maintenance.
Foster strong relationships with external vendors while ensuring seamless internal coordination across departments.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related trading environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Proven experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG), specifically batteries, chemicals, and IC chips.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory for reporting to NZ headquarters and liaising with local suppliers.
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ERP systems.
Demonstrated ability in "cost-down" initiatives and freight negotiation.
A proactive, well-organised personality with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
