Our client is a well-established business in the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team. The right candidate will participate in various IT projects, including ERP system enhancements, business application development, and process re-engineering.

- Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct business analysis and analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive business process re-engineering initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- Involve in the implementation of IT projects such as ERP systems and new business application/solution development.

- Coordinate and oversee UAT, user training, technical documentation, and successful system rollouts.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management within the technology/digital transformation field in the commercial sector. Candidates with backgrounds in Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain are highly preferred.
- A proven track record of implementing IT projects for digital transformation or process re-engineering ; solid experience with ERP systems and business application development is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with general BA and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar mapping/analytics tools).
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable with occasional business travel to overseas offices as project needs dictate.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst role.
