Our client is a prominent financial institution in Hong Kong with a strategic mandate to support the regional financial infrastructure. They are now looking for a Senior Investment Officer – Infrastructure Portfolio & Risk Management to join their team.

Manage a dedicated portfolio of infrastructure assets, performing deep-dive periodic reviews, stress testing, and valuations
Identify emerging macro and credit-specific risk trends. Formulate and advise on mitigation strategies to protect the institution’s capital
Ownership of portfolio reporting internally to management and externally to securitisation investors and related administrative tasks
Guide junior analysts in credit assessment, financial modeling, and the nuances of infrastructure debt
Support the front-office team during the due diligence phase of new investments and contribute to the evolution of internal risk governance frameworks

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Business Administration, International Business or Investment
With at least 7 years relevant experience in Institutional Bank, Asset Manager, or Credit Advisory firm
Proven track record in Credit Assessment is non-negotiable. Experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Debt, or Corporate Restructuring is highly valued
Proficiency in navigating complex transaction structures, LMA documentation, and intricate financial models
Fluent professional English; Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage for regional stakeholder management
