In this role, you will work across a broad spectrum of finance matters, including but not limited to:

General Banking: Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and legal opinions.
Acquisition Finance: Supporting high-value M&A activity through structured financing.
Project & Asset Finance: Advising on energy, infrastructure, or aviation finance mandates.
Refinancing & Restructuring: Guiding clients through debt workouts and complex refinancing cycles.

Skills & Experience Required

Qualified Solicitor: 5+ years PQE. Must be admitted in Hong Kong or a Common Law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
Technical Breadth: A proven track record in a broad range of finance transactions within a reputable international or "Red Circle" firm.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required for deal execution and direct client communication.
Project Management: Ability to lead work streams independently and coordinate with offshore counsel and internal stakeholders
